Ironwood Sculptures

I work closely with several carvers in Mexico to ensure we get the highest quality ironwood carvings. I lived in Hermosillo, Sonora for ten years and became good friends with several people in the ironwood business. I’ve had a passion for quality ironwood carvings since 2001 when I was first introduced to them while on a Rotary International project to provide wheelchairs to persons with disabilities in the State of Sonora. There are plenty of inexpensive carvings lacking in detail and figure available to purchase in the open markets. But I prefer to spend a little more money to get a nicely turned quality piece of ironwood. I reject far more carvings than I purchase and I have personally designed some of the figures that we have for sale. I have an eye for detail and high figure and that is what I strive to provide to our world-wide customer base. I hope you find something you like and keep checking back as stock comes and goes quickly.
